FOR NEWCOMERS TO THE ARB PLATFORM:

Arbitrage definition from the Encarta dictionary:  "the simultaneous buying and selling of the same negotiables or commodities in different markets in order to make an immediate riskless profit"

What the Arbitraging.co automated bot (aBOΤ) does is automated arbitraging.  It buys on one exchange, and sells on another exchange, say BTC, and pockets the price difference less exchange fees as a profit.  It does this on many exchanges with many cryptos.  And so throughout a 24 hour period it has been gaining on average around 23% return per month.

Arbitraging is entirely different to the common directional trading, where you buy a crypto in the hopes it goes up in price, or sell it in the hopes it will drop.  That is high-risk speculation.

aBOT is set to not take a losing trade.  It knows all the costs involved for any particular arbitraging trade, and so takes the profitable ones and passes on the losing ones.

The aBOT is meant for long term passive income.  You buy ARB tokens, place them into the aBOT at the token price you feel is best for your investment (higher the better), and let your funds ride for years in the aBOT for daily passive income.  You can compound some or all daily earnings, or sell them, managing your funds with the auto-reinvest feature.

How does Arbitraging ARBITRAGE (ARB) work?
• arbitrage or arbitraging is when you buy something for less than you sell it. The difference, after all fees is called margin or profit. If you buy something for $9 and sell the same thing for $10, including fees, you have made $1, often expressed as a percentage on “value” of the sum you bought for, in this example 11%.
• the platform Arbitraging.co has developed bots, aBot and mBot, that search and find such arbitrage opportunities between various crypto exchanges, and capitalize on those opportunities to make ETH or other crypto currencies.
• should someone want to use the bots, they must own ARB tokens and sell them to the bots. At this point, with aBot, said person will have sold those tokens for an active $ amount. The $ amount will be the number of tokens sold multiplied by their value at that time.
• with aBot, the average profit made in one 24 hour period with be displayed and applied to the active $ amount. If someone has $10,000 active in aBot and the daily percentage is 1%, they will be rewarded with $100 worth of ARB tokens as profit. Such ARB tokens can be held, reinvested or sent to the exchange and traded for ETH. Or they may be sent to external exchanges and traded for BTC or any other trading pair on that exchange.
• with mBot, the opportunities are greater than aBot (as aBot has parameters so not to execute a tread unless it’s a guaranteed profit) as the control is put in the hands of the user. It will be the users responsibility to initiate the trade from the arbitrage opportunities available at that time.
• the value of the ARB token is determined by supply and demand, where the demand exceeds the supply, the price of the token will appreciate, and vice versa.
• the ARB token has a utility as you must own it to use the bots.
